Return Policy

Returns will only be available for undamaged and untampered products within 7 days of purchase. Size exchanges are available if product meets the criteria, email our customer service email and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please be patient with exchanges and returns and feel free to contact us at any time.

What items can be returned?

• 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Products that are unused, untampered, or defective are eligible for returns. 

• Product must be in original packaging with all tags intact

• You will also need pro0f of purchase or order

Refund solutions

• If product is unable to be delivered we can process a full refund that will be deposited back to your bank account within 1-3 days.

• If we are unable to process a full refund we will provide a store gift card for the value unaccounted for. 

• We can also provide free items to compensate if items are available.

Damaged Product?

• Items that show up damaged are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges?

• The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item that you received. We allow for exchanges on size swaps and certain items. Email us your order # and the item you are looking to exchange for. We will  get back to you within 48 hours to approve your exchange.
